We hope you are extremely happy with your order from Mi:Q-Skin and your order reaches you in perfect condition. A refund or exchange will be offered if the goods are returned in full saleable condition or if goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect


Returns

Thank you for choosing MI-Q skin, we try our upmost best to make sure all our products are kept to the highest of standards in the rare circumstance that our products reach you not up to our normal standards then send our product back within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

in order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of calendar purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in anyway.

After we receive your item our team will inspect it and process a refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during purchase. Credit card payments may take 5-10 business days to refund and show on credit card statement.


If the product is damaged or you have breached the 30 days return then you will not be eligible for a refund.

Deliveries

We endeavor to deliver all orders within 4 working days, subject to stock availability. Please note due to COVID 19 this may take slightly longer.

Christmas Deliveries

Due to high of online Christmas shopping during December, delivery companies will experience high volumes to deliver. Please note this may result in a longer delivery time. Please take this into consideration when placing a December order.
